Is Casa Alcmaria a good fit for our group?
Casa Alcmaria is a lovely base for couples, families and friends, with space for up to six guests. Two bedrooms sleep four, and the living-room sofa bed sleeps two more. A baby cot is also available. Include your whole party when checking availability.
Can we walk to the beach and local restaurants?
Yes. The beach is around 700 metres away, and restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Enjoy an easy mix of beach time, meals out and relaxed days at your own pace.
What can we enjoy at Innova Beach?
Innova Beach has a communal swimming pool, a children’s pool and a shared jacuzzi. These facilities are shared with other residents and guests. Community rules and opening hours apply, and maintenance may affect availability.
Can we park at the apartment?
Yes, your stay includes your own parking space in the underground garage. You will receive the access instructions for your stay, so you know where to go when you arrive.
How do we reach the penthouse and rooftop terrace?
The penthouse and private rooftop terrace are reached by stairs, as is the route from the underground garage. If access is important for your group, feel free to contact us before booking and we will explain the route.
Can we combine our holiday with remote working?
Yes. Fast WiFi and a fully equipped apartment make it possible to combine work with time on the Costa Blanca. If your work requires a particular connection speed or setup, ask us before booking so we can discuss your needs.
